In the early hours of November 19, 1953, CIA officer Frank Olson plunged to his death from 10 floors above the streets of Manhattan. Olson had been a participant in the CIA’s experimental MK-ULTRA program. Using Archival footage and material obtained through the Freedom of information act the filmmakers tie the Olson case and MK-ULTRA to the highest branches of the current federal government.
